Join us for a Welcome Reception on

Friday, 10/09, 7:00pm-9:00pm in the

lobby of Homewood Suites.

We will be having a sweet little pre-wedding celebration filled with homemade treats, a coffee bar and all of the love vibes our special weekend is filled with. Help us kick off the weekend with chances to laugh, mingle, and soak up the magic the night before “I do."

In order to insure a safe and enjoyable evening for all of our guests, there will be buses departing from each hotel to Timber Banks at 4:00pm and retuning after the reception.

If you are driving yourself, or using a Ride-Share, please arrive at Timber Banks no later than 4:15pm so that everyone has time to mingle and be in their ceremony seats no later than 4:50pm.

For those who are driving, there is plenty of parking on site.

Ceremony 5:00pm - 5:30pm

Cocktail Hour 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Reception 6:30pm - 11:00pm

Sunday, 10/11 each hotel provides their guests with a complimentary breakfast to enjoy.
