Our Wedding

We first met while Lindsay was working and attending graduate school in Oswego, NY. At that time, Austin was living at home with his parents and planning to move into the Milton Street house with his boys. After a few dates, I was quickly (very quickly), swooned by his charm, confidence, and charismatic personality. Actually, I was head over heels after our first date, but we remained "casual" for a while.Fast forward two years to Halloween, 2020. I was having a Halloween get together with my friends and invited Austin to join us. He asked me what costume he should wear and my quick wit told him to dress as my boyfriend. Later that night, while we were dancing at the bar, Austin pulled me close and told me he was ready to try on that costume. BEST HALLOWEEN EVER!!!!For the next two years, we enjoyed getting to know each other, our families, our friends, and our strengths as a couple. Covid hit and quarantining at the Milton house turned into an opportunity for us to delve deeper into our relationship. Eventually, it was time for us to discuss moving in together. We found the perfect apartment and moved to Camillus, a town we both fell in love with.Fast forward another two years to October 12, 2024. We were walking through the Beak and Skiff Apple Orchard with my closest friends and family, enjoying beautiful Upstate NY in the fall. Austin pulled me aside and AHHH!!!!! IT WAS HAPPENING! He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. The easiest yes ever!So here we are, in our next chapter of planning our wedding and the rest of our lives together. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you and start our next adventure as husband and wife!

Bride's best friend since elementary school. Official member of the Cambridge Crew. Lindsay officiated James and Karen's wedding, summer 2022, in Alaska; now, James will return the favor!

James

Bride's best friend since they were 12 years old. Lindsay and Danielle met at Camp Winston. Sitting next to each other in bunk H, we became best friends at first sight.

Danielle

Bride's best friend since college. Lindsay and Rachel met when Lindsay took Rachel as her "lil sis" in sorority life. Rachel is Lindsay's human Lexapro. 
Most likely to be found dancing and singing to Taylor Swift and/or Broadway classics with Lindsay.

Rachel

Bride's best friend and Rachel's older sister. Jes's celebrity knowledge is unmatched! The most "outrageous" human and such a bright light in Lindsay's life. Most likely to be found cheering on Taylor's boyfriend and explaining the rules of football to you.

Bride's best friend since 2016. Lindsay met Kayla working at a counseling center in undergraduate school. Kayla has always been someone Lindsay can trust with anything, and is so grateful to have her by her side.
Most likely to explore new Mexican restaurants in Syracuse and order corn tortillas.

Bride's sister-in-law and built in best friend. Mother to the cutest little humans, Adrian and Henry. Silvia brings so much joy and positive energy to any room she enters. Lindsay is so excited to have her by her side on her wedding day. 
Most likely to talk Slovak after that third glass of wine.

Groom's best friend since before high school.  Brandon is known for being the 'nice guy' of the group. 
Most likely to be found by Austin's side at the other end of the lawn, beating you at yard games.

Groom's little brother! Jared currently lives in Omaha with his fiancé Bekah and new pup, Ranger. Can't wait for their wedding in 2027! Most likely to be found on his 5th whiskey telling you about his gun collection.

Jared

Groom's best friend and former roommate. Austin and Mike have been friends since 2015. Mike is a fellow Birds fan.
Most likely be finishing homework before the wedding procession. 

Michael

Groom's best friend since college. If you need someone to get you laughing till you pee, there Rey will be. Known for his goofy sense of humor and out of pocket comments, get this new dad a drink!

Bride and Groom's built in besties. Seth and Silvia's two boys. Lindsay's favorite little humans.

*As of July 1st, 2026, all blocked rooms at Homewood Suites are currently booked. There are still plenty of rooms from our block available at Home2 Suites. Please call Home2 to book your room with our block rate using code Nirenberg/George Wedding. The hotels are next to one another, and all guests are welcome to enjoy Friday Nights Welcome Party at Home2 Suites. Transportation will be provided to and from both hotels to Timber Banks. Pickup will be at 4:00pm on Saturday. For those of you traveling from far away, the Syracuse Hancock Airport is 20 minutes from the hotels.

Help us kick off the weekend with chances to laugh, mingle, and soak up the magic the night before “I do."

TRANSPORTATION TO TIMBER BANKS

In order to insure a safe and enjoyable evening for all of our guests, there will be buses departing from each hotel to Timber Banks at 4:00pm and retuning after the reception.If you are driving yourself, or using a Ride-Share, please arrive at Timber Banks no later than 4:15pm so that everyone has time to mingle and be in their ceremony seats no later than 4:50pm.For those who are driving, there is plenty of parking on site.

Another great breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. 10-minute drive from hotels. Pancakes are to die for!

Another great spot for breakfast/lunch. 50’s style diner with awesome milkshakes.
